Fixed flexibility

During a meeting with other senior executives from Renault, Auren, Adecco Group and Sacyr, I had the opportunity to share our interpretation of the new Spanish legislation RD8/19, focusing on the new obligations regarding working time registration.

It´s been a pleasure to find out that leader companies in each of their markets share the same vision about flexibility in talent management.

Despite the distance that some political measures, old and fixed, have from daily reality, no backward step should be taken in this area.

Nonetheless, we´ll keep our ambition in progress and conciliation of family and work life, as flexible working hours is one of the most demanded and valued benefits in every type of company or institution.
